Akashic Emotional Clearing Meditation

Akashic Emotional Clearing helps you remove deep-rooted patterns in your life, moving you out of a stuck state
Many of our day-to-day challenges are rooted in our thought programs, which could be a result of our social conditioning or deep rooted patterns that we have brought into this life from past lives. Our challenges can be seen as an opportunity if we can face them and clear them from our mind, body and spirit.

Akashic Emotional Clearing is a way to clear out these deep patterns. Even though some of these deep-rooted blocks require facilitation, in this workshop, we will explore a visualization through which we can help ourselves go through self-healing by gradually removing blocks from our mind and body. This workshop offers tools for self-healing and a simple process of staying in higher vibration to facilitate one’s own clearing process.

Assess Your Life: Mind your Brain, Energise your Body

Are you looking for optimal health, a successful career, a fulfilled relationship or a peaceful centered life?
Your reality is a construct of the relationship between your mind and body. Your inner perception creates your outside reality! To have a successful life, we need to have balance in our physical, mental and emotional lives and not choose to focus on one over the other. To achieve this balance, we need to understand the relationship between our mind and the energy flow in our body.

Assess Your Life is a series of sessions that takes you through a journey from stress to balance, removing mental and emotional blocks on the way. In this preview, we will offer an overview of the Assess Your Life Program. We will also offer tools that you can use to move from stress state into awareness.

The following topics will be covered at the preview:

* Why we react to some experiences negatively – how does our brain work with emotions?

* What is stress and how does our brain and body process it?

* How do we create thought patterns that are detrimental to our success – how do we change them?

* What is our body’s electricity and magnetism and how does our brain relate to our body?

* What are emotional blocks and how do we remove them?

* What does it mean to be heart centered and why is it important for our health and well being?

Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Management

What is Mindfulness Meditation?
Mindfulness Meditation is a method of meditation where we observe the breath, as well as our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations as they arise and pass, moment-to-moment. Regular practice of Mindfulness Meditation will lead to self-healing, inner peace and happiness.

How will it help me? 
Mindfulness Meditation will help you reduce stress and manage anger. It has been found effective for reducing stress and coping with every-day problems. For example, if someone cuts in front of us on the road, how do we deal with anger? Or how do you reduce stress when you experience work pressure, have health problems, or are concerned about your loved ones?

Mindfulness Meditation will also help you if you want to experience more inner peace and happiness.
Loving-kindness Meditation will also be taught. This meditation helps you decrease anger, develop kindness, and improve your relationships with your loved ones, friends and work colleagues.

The unique thing about Choong’s classes is his healing presence, and since the class size is restricted to a maximum of 9 people, each student can receive personal guidance for advancing in their practise.

About Lee Chi Choong Bsc. (Hons), CSMC

Chi Choong is a gifted stress management consultant who specializes in meditation classes, stress management, and public speaking. He has a degree in psychology (Upper Iowa University), and is also a Certified Stress Management Consultant (IACT, U.S.).

For Chi Choong’s internship at HELP University, he designed a Stress Management Workshop for them to use for training. Since 2006, Chi Choong has been helping others with his skills. He has been able to successfully help clients who are stressed, or those who just want more inner peace and happiness.

Amongst other achievements, Chi Choong has been interviewed on the ASTRO Awani morning show on anger management and has contributed articles to Yoga Life magazine.

Chi Choong has taught the need to take a step back with a deep breath and reflect. This is especially useful in calming the mind and trains it to re-evaluate a situation or problem. Subsequently rationality seeps in and one can step forward with better confidence. Naturally, this comes with proper training and guidance, both of which were given by him.
In order to achieve the calmness of the mind, Chi Choong taught the concept of acceptance and acknowledgement. I find that I am now able to form and execute my next course of action with a calm rationality.
