3 Heart Healing Sessions to clear out all past hurts, emotional pain and residues
Each session will begin with a chat to unearth past experiences that you have encountered. Then you will lie down for 30 mins to receive these beautiful energies into your heart. It will end with a debriefing on what was experienced by the facilitator and yourself as well as positive acknowledgements invoking self love and self care.
You will experience a sense of lightness, love, care, peace and freedom after each session
First Session: Deep Heart
Letting go of deep seated, long term wounds, emotional pains in your heart and fill it with love and support.
Second Session: Cradle of the Heart
Introducing the energy of nurturance back, especially when you have had a lack of nurturance as a child
Third Session: Wide Heart
Removing restrictions and limitations on your heart to open it up to experience more openness, love, kindness, gentleness in your heart.
Duration : 1 Hour each
Fees : RM280 per session or RM600 for all 3 sessions
