In the ascension process, the first level of change is a process called ‘transmutation’ ~ it is a process of letting go of old patterns and programs in order to connect with the soul’s blueprint. This is also the process that opens up the higher chakras and recalibrates the lower chakras, bringing balance to the energy flow and energy field.
Most people do not complete the transmutation process before moving into their convergence process (next part of the path) and have a yo-yo movement in their transformation.
In Inner Alchemy 1, we look at the various phases of the transmutation process and learn methods, tools and guided visualizations to effortlessly move through each phase. It is important to complete the transmutation process before higher purpose and manifestation of purpose sets in fully.
Day 1: Preparation and Overview of Inner Alchemy

Preparatory Day 1 will include:
• Overview of the course of Inner Alchemy and the path to self-healing
• Description of the 3 stages of Inner Alchemy – 3 part ascension process
• Tools for chakra alignment
• Understanding the interaction of our 4 bodies – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
• The significance of ascending through the heart – why is the heart important?
• Timelines and history of ascension – what is the timeline now for global and individual ascension?
• Self assessment tool – exercise that will assess strengths, challenges and where we are in our shift process
Day 2: Inner Alchemy Process

• Start with simple alignment and invocation
• Exploring the relationship between the Sacred Heart and Akashic Records
• The tools of self-healing
• Meditation regression and deep root clearing process

2 PM to 4.30 PM
• 3 levels of channeling and 4 levels of projections
• Understanding the realm of astral and multiple dimensions
• Connecting to higher soul through inner heart teachings

Everything we experience, see, feel, touch and smell are vibrations or frequencies. Your brain doesn’t operate in only one brainwave state or frequency at a time but instead pulses in different brainwave states simultaneously, with one of the states being dominant at any given time. The dominant state indicates the “state of mind” or level of consciousness.
Our level of consciousness and our perception determines our reality. Our moods, ability to process information, ability to make decisions, ability to create and our experience of reality depend on our brain wave state and the brain-body responses in those states.
