Most of us are caught up in a restless planning of our future and in a constant attempt to rid ourselves of our so-called negative emotions and experiences of the past. In this movement of backwards and forwards, our mind remains in stressed state. The brain then creates the corresponding emotions and chemical reactions in our body giving us a whole body experience of stress. This experience is extremely detrimental to our growth in our mind, body and spirit.

There is only one way out of this constant state of stress – moving into stillness!

Stillness is the very crucial starting point for anyone looking to grow either spiritually, mentally, intellectually, professionally, physically or emotionally. Whatever our challenges may be, practicing and building stillness is the key for us to evolve.

In this 9 sessions, we will explore moving into stillness in a 3-part process:

1. Practice awareness and mindfulness techniques to break our automatic thought process and delve into our subconscious
2. Use vibrational chants to delve deeper into our stillness into a constant state of awareness
3. Practicing stillness meditation techniques to reach our inner peace and guidance.

This is a basic meditation class so everyone is welcome. Classes are will are held at Heartworks every Tuesday for 8 weeks starting 27/8/2013 with the first session being a 2 hour session. Fee: RM380 for all 9 sessions
